Designed by Archisoul, this Class 2 renovation and extension reworks an existing two-bedroom Bondi apartment into a more generous and private coastal home. The project introduces a third bedroom along with new living and dining spaces, improving flow and functionality throughout. Outdoors, the entertaining area was expanded to include a quiet meditation retreat and a custom concrete barbecue, creating a sense of separation from the energy of the surrounding streets.

Despite its location in the heart of Bondi Beach, the apartment now offers a considered refuge from the pace and activity beyond.
