LJW Building Company was established in 2018 by Northern Beaches-based builder Leon, following more than two decades working across the construction industry. During this time, Leon honed his craft with some of Sydney’s most respected building practices, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver complex, high-quality residential projects.
What sets LJW apart is a genuine commitment to the craft of building and a clear appreciation for design.
Meet The Team
Leon is a calm and highly attentive builder who genuinely cares about the people he works with and the homes he helps create. He has a natural ability to build trust, communicate clearly and find considered solutions as projects evolve. Known for his steady presence and attention to detail, Leon approaches every build with care, pride and respect for the process.
Away from the site, Leon can usually be found spending time with his partner and two young daughters, riding local trails or heading out for a surf.
Ella leads operations at LJW, bringing more than 20 years of experience across senior head office roles within the fashion and luxury sectors. Most recently working as a General Manager within a high-end jewellery brand, she has extensive experience overseeing marketing, business operations and team leadership.
With a strong background in project management and a genuine focus on client experience, Ella ensures projects run smoothly from enquiry through to completion. Her long-standing interest in architecture and design, combined with her operational expertise, brings structure, clarity and a thoughtful client-led approach to the business.
